Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Recap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Recap for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Intellectual Property

The Recap service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Recap and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

Disclaimer

The materials on Recap are provided on an "as is" basis. Recap makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Recap or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Recap, even if Recap or a Recap authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Recap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
